The BestJobs online recruitment platform is backing the social integration of Ukrainian refugees by introducing a unique „Ukrainian friendly job” label, so that companies wishing to hire Ukrainian citizens can mark the right positions for these candidates directly on the platform, for easier identification.

In recent days, tens of thousands of Ukrainian citizens have left their homes and jobs and entered Romania in an attempt to protect themselves from the military conflict in their country.
Under Government Emergency Ordinance 25/2014, Ukrainian nationals can work in Romania without proof of employment permit for nine months in a calendar year. During this time, they can apply for refugee status to secure their access to social and healthcare insurance.
