The Romanian women’s handball national team was defeated on Wednesday, in Mioveni, by the similar representative of Denmark, score 28-35 (13-19), in the third game of group 2, the second phase of the qualifiers for the 2022 European Championship. was the first match of this campaign with Cristina Neagu in the tricolor group, who returned after almost a year off.
The leading scorers of the match were Pintea 6 goals, Harabagiu 6, for Romania, respectively Friis 10, for Denmark. Cristina Neagu scored three goals.
